The Trust is responsible for running the Hatters Men's Disability teams which includes weekly training sessions and games. It costs us around £4,000.00 each season in staff costs and venue hire to offer this opportunity to a great bunch of guys. Can you help us by making a donation?

Adults with learning disabilities are more likely to suffer poor health, poor housing, unemployment, social isolation and discrimination and are at increased risk of having other long term conditions including heart disease, diabetes and clinical obesity. Much of this increased risk is attributed to lifestyle factors including specifically physical inactivity and loneliness.

Every week the boys pull on the Hatters jersey and enter a level playing field where often the disability that holds them back every day disappears and they become free to enjoy the same highs and lows as everyone else who plays the game experiences.

For most of the guys this is the highlight of their week and for some the only activity they take part in - we'd like to do more with your help.
