Job Description: Luton Town FC Community Trust are looking to recruit qualified coaches for the new 2021-2022 season who are be able to deliver age specific coaching programmes as part of the Club’s youth development system for recruited players. Planning, delivering, evaluating and recording coaching sessions Delivering age appropriate coaching sessions to meet the needs of the players Monitoring individual and team performance within training and games Preparing and conducting player/parent reviews Ability to manage squads on match days (school holidays) and lead squads on overseas tours Undertake administrative tasks related to the role. Liaise with parents regarding progress of their children to include co-ordinating a reporting process including parent/player meetings. Work closely with the Football Development Manager regarding player progression. A bit about you: FA Level 2 Coaching certificate minimum (working toward Level 3 desirable) FA Youth Award Modules 1-3 (or working towards) Current FA CRB/DBS check, FA Emergency Aid, FA Safeguarding Children and FA Licensed Coaches Club membership Experience of coaching within a sports development environment – professional football desirable but not essential. Passionate and enthusiastic about player progression Experience of report writing and face to face relationships We are looking for coaches who: Possesses a passion for the game.
